TATMAS FINTECH SOLUTIONS LTD. (the “Company”) is a Labuan company incorporated in July 2019. The Company in November 2021 has obtained a license to carry-on money broking business in Labuan pursuant to Section 90 of the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010, and with reference to the Innovative Financial Services (“IFS”) circular issued by Labuan FSA, to operate as a cryptocurrency exchange (the “License”). With the License, the Company plans to operate as an exchange within the context of cryptocurrency industry to provide listing and trading of cryptocurrencies.

Digital currency has been making their way to the center stage of the financial world in the last few years and igniting the imagination of investors. Digital currency has made tremendous leaps in value. Led by Bitcoin and Ethereum, there are now thousands of potential digital currencies available for trading. Many companies and innovative projects have started raising capital through this alternative space instead of the conventional capital market. However, two of the biggest concerns of digital currency investors are; firstly, whether they will be able to convert their digital currency into fiat currency after investment appreciation, and secondly, how safe is the system security of their digital currency.

The Company is here to provide solutions to these concerns. We will focus on building good liquidity to allay the fear of unable to liquidate digital currency investments and strong system security against hacking and other malpractices. This exchange will be the Company’s flagship within which we hope to spring board into more comprehensive offering within the digital currency and digital asset space in the future.
